there are difficult to get... if you want to buy in a skateshop. At least in my area. try to avoid online shopping.
from the 3 shops i visit frequently - only one have an account - and just 3-4 different models on the rack because he focus
on Vans / Nike - to keep the account and then he have DC, Emerica, Etnies, Es, LR, Adidas, Cons - so not much space left for NB.

people start to buy them because it was a option to buy a made in UK / US sport shoe
in different wide options... hipsters jump in later for what ever they think of a reason.
just bought the new Tiago 1010 - and they are great.
Skateboarding Team and Footage wise - they do a really good job.
