WE ARE BLESSED!

lovely
-
I love Jacob Harris' creative lil brain.
Tom Knox is also a blessing - true.
-
what a world we are living in - that New Balance gave us the best Skateshoecompany footage output.

marvelous ad!
those sicily spots made me think of mauro caruso: what has he been up to?
-
So much talent - love everything he’s put out and this is no exception
-
Nice ad! Tom rules.
Could see him on Krooked 8.5" Ronnie Sandoval boards.
-
there is no better
-
Yup, that was perfect.

New Balance are very popular here in London with the hipster/middle-class crowd. They must be making some decent cash at the moment. Rarely see any numeric shoes though.
-
Even though we've been getting more and more, I still crave more Tom Knox footy. Seeing him skate a Krooked actually fits him more than I expected it to.
-
Fuck now I have to buy more 440s. My wife is going to kill me
-
Give this man a pro model!
-
probably the best filmer skater combo ever.
...well in the UK at least
-
Love this dude - the drop-down to backlip on ledges skills he has perfected are so sick
-
Almost makes me feel like I watched a Paul Thomas Anderson skate edit.
I'll have to check out these Atlantic Drift episodes now.
All around great stuff. I want those high tops for the spring.
-
So good. It’s been over two years since Tom had his name on a board, which is just way too long. Whether it’s Krooked or Drift, just hurry up and sort it already!!
-
Brilliant.
-
NB needs to have a Double Tom K part, both are so creative with their spot selection

those guys really did NB a solid. in the 90's + 2000's it was like 'i'd probably rather just go bear foot than wear new balance in public' then hipsters started wearing them ironically for exactly that reason in the early 2010's and in a few years it became absolute uniform for a certain demographic. when i got my first job in a creative agency, i noticed that literally every single male employee under 40 (whose job didn't involve having to meet clients directly) was wearing NBs.

More Tom please

there are difficult to get... if you want to buy in a skateshop. At least in my area. try to avoid online shopping.
from the 3 shops i visit frequently - only one have an account - and just 3-4 different models on the rack because he focus
on Vans / Nike - to keep the account and then he have DC, Emerica, Etnies, Es, LR, Adidas, Cons - so not much space left for NB.
hipsters started wearing them ironically for exactly that reason
people start to buy them because it was a option to buy a made in UK / US sport shoe
in different wide options... hipsters jump in later for what ever they think of a reason.
just bought the new Tiago 1010 - and they are great.
Skateboarding Team and Footage wise - they do a really good job.

gonna need to see that bts footage of tom in a green suit

Tom always coming thru with the sick colorways for the 440. Cool to see NB continue to give him what 2+ colorways annually?
-
Tom’s been a solid UK favourite of mine for a few years now. Seeing him wear the 440’s made me want a pair so Fair play to NB marketing on that one

Tom has a pro shoe coming out with NB in the fall too, which is fucking sick that NB is smart enough to give this man his own shoe.

Mid October release with a video part, which is apparently already something special with eight months still left to film. It's going to be an absolute blessing.

Maybe you or hipsters woke up to New Balance in the 2010's or whenever your claiming but New Balance have been cool since the 90's. Not everyone came down in the last shower.
Awesome clip of course . Tom and Jacob killing it as always.

Awesome news. I shy away from the big brands, but might need to grab a pair depending on what they're like. I like hoe the 44os look, I'd just need to razor away the N.

they’re not, but when you see them you’ll be sold. Probably the comfiest skate shoe I’ve had on my feet

maybe regional variation? Could just be different ages as you say.
New Balance was deffo D tier for me and my peers in the 90s. Can you point me to any instances from 90s or 00s of someone cool wearing NB?
