I think it was about 16 on yesterday’s am session. Only thing that really bothered me at first was my hands.

So the answer here is that it’s never too cold if you really want to skate.

I don't really think it is the temperature so much.  I'll go almost no matter how cold it gets, but when the wind is blowing and it is cold, that is when it stops being fun.
