Look closely, it took me a while to understand what people ment by "over something" as well. At the begging of everyone of those flat bars there's another shorter bar that meets it at a 90 degree angle. It's really hard to make out because of the angle the photo was shot at but it's there.

That said, Popps is one of my favorites. I really wish he put out more stuff and I really hope he comes through with a full part for Chocolate. It'd be a pretty lousy thing if he didn't seeing as he's really not produced anything for Chocolate since he's been on.
