kody kohlman, forget the trick name, losi spin maybe? down a big as gap too, i couldnt fathom figuring this trick out down a 3 stair

3:21

also every trick in john rob moores part in the same vid, hes way to underrated. fucking crook nollie hardlip pop over on the hsu rail?!?! insane..and motta of course too

also a shout out to some tour video where cory kennedy does a sw heel late shuv down a double set, and his rat poison ender, and most of the tricks he does in general. i remember the last st league or xgames he was at he was drunk and it was the big section and he did a fucking switch one footer.. how the fuck do you put a judge score on something like that??
[close]

That's called both a little spin or a Lotti trick.

gotcha lotti spin, think thats what ive heard it called, thks

I actually asked Brian Lotti what this trick was called a few years ago. (body 360, board 180) It was at the premier for that video he made, Free Pegasus. He told me it's called a spin out. I guess nowadays it would be considered unconventional; but in the early 90's you saw it a lot.

Needlejuice starting another thread just to talk about Luan? Shocker.

I'm at work so I can't pull up the clip, but Jordan Sanchez did a no comply flip to fakie wallride on a barrier in something. Also, I just realized that this entire thread already exists in some manifestation.
Dude literally has a hard on for Luan. Look at his post history.
Typical needlejuice post.

if i could skate like anyone, any pro or am, it would be luan...the dude was the standout for street league

ALSO, the two wheel slide is called a wheel well slide. Pretty sure banana slide is a noseslide-tailside at the same time.

Why didn't you use those linguistic skills when naming the tail nollie?

the line with the push shovit at 3:45. always forget how great that part is.

The first nollie flip is enough for me to want to go out and skate. The push shove-it is sick, I never really figured out how to do it in such a fluid way...

Perfect part and one of my faves.

yeha lu's my favorite skater, and hes been killin it this year, sorry for the amplification.

i dont start threads to talk ab him though. i posted at least 6 other dudes in this thread doin way crazier shit than the switch flip shifty (which u gotta admit is worthy of this thread), but thanks for the recognition bras!

i used to do fakie flip sex changes in lines when i was younger, i think iv sen coryk do one before. the only sex change that seems to make sense to me

about 3 years ago before i really was into him someone asked me that question and i thoght ab it for awhile and settled on him, it was kind of an epiphany of how big his sack of tricks is, with the speed, style and consistency, and pop; and since then hes been a favorite. def dont fan out on old school wcw (anymore) though, but whatever floats ur boat, im not gonna call you out on it...

One of my mates who I used to skate with spent probably about a year being able to kickflip sex change without being able to kickflip. I learnt them a while ago because I was sick of losing skate to him but I haven't landed one in years.
I don't rollerblade, I play ROLLER HOCKEY! I've been kicking haters like you to the curb forever

My buddy Jason does some pretty nifty no-comply variations. No-Comply FS Shuv, No Comply Flips, etc. He constantly blows my mind when he throws those into lines.

I knew a kid who could Cinnamon Roll into ledges. Looking back, thats dumb, but at the time, that shit was crazy to me.

Also, who's that Japanese cat that does all the wacky tricks? His part was posted on Slap or Thrasher awhile ago.

thanks needlejuice, call me shark tits.
i'd like to add 'rollie pollie' to the discussion. it was just a black ninja one off for a while but jason krap did one and i've been trying to learn them. i think chef pierre may have done the first one at pier 7 back in the day but he's only good for one thing and that's skarfin material. remember that?

almost every trick in this...jason park is def taking a very unique approach to skating, way outside the box, more similar to rodney, than say someone like richie jackson... watching this made my creative juices feel self conscious. firecracker wallride, darkslide wallride?? lol

That might not be the real name of it. It's a weird pressure-flippy kinda trick, if I remember correctly. It was just amazing how he got up onto a ledge considering there's no pop in the trick.
