posting on insta about slap is like going on the 4chan subreddit rather than just go on the real thing, it means you're a pussy who wants to be included without the ridicule. also whats up nike fam lets get it going with the bubblegum tate-like "subtle" sponsorship deal

Any real Slap pal knows Bubblegum tate on the NB#. Plus they got better edits haha

The Nike SB program is run by a racist homophobe

I don't care much about Nike, but throwing shit out like this without anything to back it is pretty stupid. It was two pages ago, but you posted a photo of their athletes and respective shortcomings in response to your bogus accusations.

We all talk shit, but this is out of bounds unless your going to give some substance.

Noticed in the latest vans ad that gilbert skates the older indys, I've heard of quite a few riders buying the old ones off ebay and not liking the new ones.  someone nerdier can probably explain what stage, i dont skate indys.

Probably stage 7 or 8,I know Rowley loves em
7's NOT 8's probably the only thing Rowley and I agree on

I could probably delete that comment for some shoes, but in the mean time I have to let the truth be known.

I want nothing but the truth, Nike!

A couple things set the Stage 7's apart from earlier and later models. The geometry supposedly provides a better turn for some, they come in a 146 size—meaning 8.38 width vs 8.5 width for Stage 9 & up—, the height of the truck is 53.5 mm vs 55 mm on the Stage 11's, they have six bolt holes, no iron cross on the baseplate, some people might also prefer the look of the beefier hanger...

Also, I'm pretty sure the trucks Alex Olson is setting up in the photo are just Forged Baseplate Stage 11's, the shape of the hanger seems off for them to be Stage 7's. The Forged Baseplate Stage 11's are 53.5 mm high as well and are available in anodized colors like that now

Nike Rep,

May you get ran over by a 300lb jogger in the street wearing nike running shoes in the midst of night, followed by an angry Chinese woman dumping boiling soup, pho, or chicken broth upon your leathered face, revenge for her childrens lives of starved child labor.

Sincerely,
Streetsoup

Might be harsh actually. Just leave skating like you did snowboarding... fat chance!

a common misconception is that it's the base of the wheel. It's actually the top of the wheel.
