For some reason it takes less time to loosen up, probably cause your blood is so thinned out. Be sure to have plenty of water, once you break a sweat the hangover is done. It's a sure fire way to get rid of a hangover quick. Just gotta sweat it out.

In my mid to late 20’s it could be done, at 33 I can’t even get off the couch after a big drink let alone ride a skateboard.

if it's a "mild" hungover, skating is the best. i feel more concentrated in a weird way. kinda like skating while high, but more focused

Anyone else starting getting crippling hangovers in their mid to late 20s? I never got them until my 25th birthday and now a night of partying is usually followed by a bed day. I couldn't even fathom skating now with the hangovers I get.

Same here. I used to like skating with mild hangovers until I was 25. Now I have made it a principle to not skate hungover. At 32 my joints hurt like hell after skating hungover (or drunk). It is not hard to follow that principle. I don't feel capable of doing anything, but nursing my hangover the day after drinking.

As long as I'm in that "still buzzed" phase of it its the best thing ever and I have done some of my greatest tricks in that zone.  Once I'm past that I quickly become worthless.

this, I used to feel like if I skated off a hang over I would skate better then if I wasn’t hung over in the first place, now that I’m rapidly approaching 30 this is no longer true.

Agreed. I Definitely get more ballsy and try different stuff that I honestly wouldn't normally think about. That Dustin Dollin shit is wack though. Never get plastered before/during a session.
