I support GT making as much money as possible.

Please no AH collabs, and we’ll see how much Monster shit he has to wear

its crazy how much cashflow monster seems to have, i mean redbull makes sense, alot of people drink it and its used at bars to mix drinks.. i rarely see anyone buy or drink monster compared to every other drink at a gas station.

i would kill for a polar seltzer sponsor though.

Monster is owned by the Coca Cola hence the massive cashflow

People keep saying he needs to get paid. He does. I'm sure he gets paid extremely well compared to most pros so he really doesn't need it as long as he's smart with his money which I'm sure he is.

You think Dylan would've taken that offer? Hell no and he didn't even make Nike money.  In fact, I'm pretty sure he turned them down. I don't see why Nyjah can't get soty. He has the same shoe and energy sponsors as Ishod and Grant and element is just as core as anti hero these days.

Dylan also had to put his house up for sale. just saying. if someone in skateboarding is making that kind of fuck you money im glad its grant and not greg lutzka or someone totally undeserving of that kind of compensation.

what exactly makes grant more deserving than lutzka?

Are you serious?

Yes, please explain why grant deserves something more

This seems likea good place to post an ode to Anto hero:

When I was skating crusty tranny and backyard ramps as a teenager, Antihero were the only ones putting out crusty tranny footage.
When I was sleeping on couches and in my van bombing hills and getting hit by cars, that was exactly what Anti hero were documenting.

When I got older and had kids, got a mortgage and stopped taking as many risks, Antihero's OG pros started aging and also started taking less risks.

Now I am an old dork who works for a multinational corporation, sends his kids to a private school, and wears knee pads to do safe tricks in a perfectly manicured concrete bowl paid for by my taxes, this new sell out Anti hero really speaks to me.

Monster pays Nyjah something like 40 grand a month, Energy drink companies def pay well cuz I saw a thing with Travis Pastrana he said Red Bull was his main sponsor, also if you remember Dyrdek used to on Red Bull then switched to monster, so you know they had to pay way more to steal him, and around this time Dyrdek said he doesnt do a deal for less than 8 grand a month. So I would say Grant is getting somewhere between 10-30 grand a month for monster , probably on the higher side.

Yup. Jereme Rodgers was getting something like $15k a month when he skated for Red Bull. I remember hearing they were paying Danny Supa $10k a month in early 2000s. Energy companies pay loot.

Between that and being an OG Nike dude, Danny Supa is one of the most "right place at the right time" skaters ever. I bet Nike still cuts him checks.

Danny Supa very publicly got booted from Nike six years ago: http://www.slapmagazine.com/index.php?topic=58996.0
His Dunk was recently retroed and you can usually find him at the Diamond store in Soho wearing Nikes. It looks like they worked out their issues.

Supa, Reese, Gino and Mulder created the sb dunk and the 15 year anniversary was a year or so ago and that's why they all had a sb dunk high release.
