when you properly bone a bs flip or heel it's your pivoting wheels that are closest to the ground. When you properly bone a halfcab flip or heel your pivoting wheels are the highest ones from the ground.
Basically 99% of pivoted halfcab flips n heels are rocketed pieces of garbage.
I only say 99% because advanced skaters like myself can bone the halfcab flip, catch it and then purposely lower the pivoting wheels and nicely pivot out but this is very rare and harder then simply going the full rotation.
