500 Days of Summer if you're single, fo sho.

Moulin Rouge (Baz Luhrman version) if you and your other is into musicals and love stories.
Titanic if you really want to watch a long movie that is a good love story.

Slumdog Millionaire is a pretty good film: I could see that as a good couple flick.
