How about e-cigs? -  looks like a cig but it is a nicotine vaporizer device of sorts.

Redman, Nasal Snuff, Swedish Snus (not the Camel crap, the real stuff from Sweden), Levi Garrett, Copenhagen, all smokeless alternatives to the square. They pack a much better buzz too.

I chew redman silver and golden blend. I haven't smoked in 4 months.
The answer is Dutch Masters, you fat fucking catastrophe.

i've noticed since i nearly quit smoking that i'm way more hungry...  not sure what was more expensive, the smokes or the extra food i buy.  probably the food.  but i guess it's worth it.  i could care less about living a few extra years, but i do care about getting cancer or some fucked up smoking related illness.

agreed.  im not so scared of dying, i just don't want it to be long, drawn out, and in a hospital.  however, this far it isn't scaring me enough to quit smoking.

i then found out it was the best excuse to just step outside and take a break anywhere at any point. its weird if you are at a friends house and you are like "yo im gonna go stand outside for a sec" but its cool if you step out for a smoke. its where you meet all the best people at a house party. or outside a bar. or on campus between classes.

This is so true. Many makeout sessions begin with a cig break. Both of you have shitty breath, but it kind of cancels out.

You say that like it's a bad thing...
i saw my grandma bail off a 4 set once in my house and she even got up and came to red lobster after.

one of my grandfathers was in some of the worst battles of world war II, and he would smoke 2 to 3 packs a day for the rest of his life afterwards.  he ended up getting cancer and emphysema, and dying a slow death in the hospital that you just described.  my other grandfather managed to quit cold turkey, but after his wife died he couldn't really handle it and ended up getting Alzheimer's.  not sure which way to go was worse.  i really think that is the reason i would smoke, is to relieve the stress of all the really fucked up shit i've been through.  but i guess in the long run i think good things will happen, and maybe my health will be worth it to keep.  i may not have narrowly escaped death in hand to hand combat on three or four occasions but i've been through just about everything else.  i don't see too much more fucked up shit happening if i don't do the things that will cause history to repeat itself.
