Chris "Cooksie" Cook Injured
Chris is a long time pro who has skated for various companies including Tony Alva. Chris broke his leg in seven places and is now home in Pacifica recuperating with new additions to his body; pins, screws, nuts and bolts. There will be a benefit for him at the SPAUSA ramp sometime in November. In the meantime, a good friend of his is compiling a skate community care package which will be sent to him on Sept. 27th. She is asking for cards, letters, stickers, packs of gum, good vibes, anything you can think of to cheer his days. I will be talking to Chris soon, and let you know more details.
