Yeah I got my Real board replaced for less than that... send them this pic and I'm sure they'll send you a replacement.
working at a shop, this looks like a possible refund for me. make sure you don't skate it anymore, though. i'm pretty positive the dudes at dlx will send you a new one.

I love DLX boards, but those pricepoint decks are pretty bad. Never had one myself, but I've known quite a few people who've had em and just about all of them ended up snapping them in less than a week of skating.

^I actually have a Welcome board and I have been quite happy with it. To tell the truth, I mostly just use it as a cruiser but session it a bit here and there and it has been holding up well.
They emailed my today and said they would replace it if I shipped it back to them. They have definitely earned my continued patronage.
