took me a long time to figure this one out and i can't even believe i'm about to give away my secret to maximum pop and great grinds but turbo trucks with venture stock bushings on the bottom and royal stock bushings on top. independents axle nuts  and the washers that come with ace 44's. and finally the nuts off of the thunder light hollow kingpins. best combination ever. it is like paradise on wheels

Hey like what'cha like. The best trucks in the world are whatever works for ya.
Were all different. That's what's so rad about skateboarding.
I just like the ML trucks the best because they work the best for me.
I couldn't give a shit what kinda trucks they are, if they help my skate, they are the ones that are the best in the world for ME.
Personally for me they have the perfect height, geometry, weight and honestly the way they grind.
But hey, that's me...maybe you guys like something else...something that EVERYONE else likes, and that's absolutely fine.
You don't hear me wanking you guys on to come throw yer words down when the thread got started do ya?
I love it all, good trucks, bad trucks, loose trucks, tight trucks, who gives a fuck - let's just fuckin skate.

I think if Mini Logo trucks had another name or if they were some cool hip skaters new truck company you'd all be in love with them before you even had them and would let your ego's go so you could try them and see for yourself, but oh well, again, that's just skateboarding for ya. God bless ya.  :)

Theeve v3's or Indy koston hollow's.
This has me cracking up, what exactly does Black Flag have to do with measuring your dick starting behind ya nuts?

Skateboarding is nothing but a game to find the right fits to appear like you're a proportional human being instead of a midget or a giant.

ok, so, Independent is winning this poll by a long shot...

but I had some Indys back in 1998, but they were really heavy at the that time ( at least compared to Ventures for exemple ), are they still that heavy?

Sound advice.

But seriously, not to sound like a dick but why don't you go to the shop and hold a few pairs of trucks and see if you think Indys are too heavy? I'm riding my first pair if Indys now and the more I skate then, the more I understand why so many people only ride Indys. They're great trucks.

Thunders are great too. I'm not a fan of ventures, so I wouldn't recommend them but I know people who love them. Kurx are decent too, but I've heard from a few people that the axels bend pretty easily if you skate big stuff.

THEEVE people. It's not about weight, it's about the turn.

I wouldn't trust any new Ventures. Just go with Thunder or Indy and you'll be okay.

I rode them for a few months this year. They turn great but not as tight as Indy or Ace but definitely with less wheelbite. They extend your wheelbase which some people like but I prefer a shorter wheel base and even by decks with this in mind. They felt slightly higher than Indy's or Ace's too which I really liked. To be honest I would still be riding them if I didn't drop my board width down to below what they are made for but if I step up again I'll put them back on.

Regarding this thread, bite the bullet and ride what you think looks best, fuck what other people say is best and don't blame anything on your trucks because of Daewon can do that stuff without bushings there is no excuse.

I'm riding Tork and they are great. Didn't even have to break them in, and the bolts don't come lose because they are locked into the truck.

thunders or indys. i will say thunder because my last set of indy's the kingpin broke clean off, and i dont even really skate shit with much impact. Ive broken the axel on a pair of thunders too but that was because i was grinding on the axel for months so they were way past their expiration date when they finally broke. But throw bones bushings in either of those and they are good trucks.
