I had an Elwood/Aesthetics catalog I sent in $2 for and worshipped as a kid. I wonder how much the markovich and sal car boards would go for. Fine art.
I thought it wasnt just him solo, shouldve stuck with my og thought.

Another great interview Chops! Really enjoyed all the stuff about Plan B.

Am I the only one who ready the Johnee Kop interview though? Can't believe that he publicly talked about liking 15 year old girls while he is 34. Gross. Surprised since that got published nothing came of it.

Chops,

Please self-promote more often. In fact, make it like the "route-one" interviews where you just keep uploading new interviews to the same old thread. I always feel so well informed after reading every interview and it always feels so cool to remember certain parts of skate history and see the same history under another person's perspective. I remember wearing out Hokus Pocus and wondering how the fuck does Sal come out so much. Haha, now I know that he was homeless in a van with Ternasky. Crazy shit! Although it appeared to me that Sal was on some jock shit, I have to say that his approach to designing (Shoes, graphics, and 23/Aesthetics) was always dope. Wished you would have asked about why Ron Bertino was not invited on Aesthetics. Oh, well.

In terms of Sal's perspective, Hindsight is 20/20.

I love Chrome and I love Sal, but this seemed a little scattershot.

I couldn't keep up with any of it. It could use a good edit.

if i could be so bold as to make a similar, but slightly alternate request. i don't know if it's just me, but, i tend to ignore threads like the 'regularly updated' "route-one" types. pleeease make a brand new thread for each new interview. your efforts are more than deserving of such an honor. for us old blokes, it's christmas every time you release an interview. have a good one and thank you.

I thought it was easy to follow. But I get what you are talking about and I think it did a good job of capturing the way Sal thinks. Pretty quick guy.
