my top 2 easy cheap delicious reciepies

3 potatoes, wash em clean out the eyes, keep the skin on (or off if you have a vagina)
stab the potatoes with a fork
boil em for 20 mins
mash em, use extra virgin olive oil, LOTS of salt, some pepper, mix it up

then
head of romaine lettuce, cut it up, wash it, oil and balsamic vinager

put the two piles on a plate, get two peices of pita (no forks allow) and just shove that shit in your mouth

all for less than 3 bones if you have oil and vinager already

My ex was a super good cook and is now training in London as a chef, also my sisters boyfriend is a chef for a wine merchant, i love cooking, there's no excuse for eating shitty food EVER !

I love cooking, it's pretty much all i think about once i'm at work hahaha, getting home and the tasty treat i'm having for dinner.

Anyway point being it's pretty hard to just bang out a recipe give me an ingrident and that's a starting point hahaha
...can't believe this thread brought Donnie Murdo out of the woodwork!

Anyone have some good sea food recipes?

get a friggen huge salmon straight out of the pacific.  buy it from some indians, preferably.  gut, clean etc.

marinate it in teriyaki sauce a few hours:  equal parts soy sauce, brown sugar, and mustard powder.

barbecue it, barbecue it, barbecue it till it starts looking dry and flaky...  just barely blackend (the flesh, not the skin).  give it a long time on one side, and a few minutes on the other.   serve with green beans, tomatos, and corn on the cob.
