Snowskating is rad

Snowskates are not kids' toys anymore.

If you live in an area with a snowy winter, you must try snowskating. Makes winters much more fun and accessible. If you like snowboarding, try bi-deck snowskating. Been singledecking for 7 years, and bidecking for 2. Definitely recommend.

So you're saying you are single and bi. Interesting.

that video is so sick

this looks so fun. it really surprises me that it's taken this long with people snowboarding street terrain for someone to think of taking the bindings off.

so the double board is just to simulate a truck feel i guess? seems kind of weird but maybe it's not.

Double board is more snowboard like in feel (but without the bindings of course) and it's primarily meant for slopes. I had a blast with one for a week riding the Alps.

Snow skate tech has come a long way! Some company sent a few to the Fancy Lad house and, unlike snowskates from like 15 years ago, I could actually ride them more than 6 feet... I was doing front shoves off of a 2 foot high ledge! People are insane good at snow skating nowadays. Matt Tomasello rips pretty hard on those things.

I unfortunately do not suffer enough from affluenza enough yet to be able to engage in snow sports.
We need Malto to release the pic of Biebel drunk in an elevator with his wiener hanging out.

I'd like to try one of the new high end ones. My friends and I all had premier (?) snowskates in the early 00s and all we could do was ride-on rail tricks and shuv it's. Ollie's and flip tricks we're pretty much impossible, but it was still fun.

And you always needed a hill, there was no pushing or riding on flat ground.

I'd try one of those powder-surf type boards, might be fun for hiking smaller slopes.
