Just a note about the Ryan Lay/Jordan Maxham situation..
It's not clear that Jordan is underhandedly saying what he said because he couldn't skate the park because of the girl/trans night in the first place but... Briana King does those events at El Sereno park mostly, and I've been there during one of the sessions.
The girls/transgender people that were skating were not even skating the park. It looked like Briana was helping most of them learn how to ride a skateboard and just kicking it in the corner of the tennis court next to the park.
I understand that he is saying that he is technically being excluded because he "can't" attend the even, and that is segregation, but he is also a reason why the girls trying to learn to skate are scared to actually skate by themselves at a park like that. He's flying all over trying crazy shit, and they can barely ride a board. That's intimidating for someone not quite as skilled.

TL;DR: They're both wrong for being dicks.

I didn't say it wasn't...yes it is, but i've always found skateparks kind of ridiculous, plus since i've gotten older I've found out the only good time to skate them is in the early AM or at least before 10am, any later and everything that will bother you will possibly show up

David Loy has never struck me as a person with much taste, but man those are some pretty hideous fits.  Some people will do anything to try to have something "cool" to talk about at a party or when they're trying to pick up girls.
