I worked at Home Depot for 4 years during college. We would get people returning old garden hoses, power tools from manufacturers we never sold, stolen goods with magnet tags still on, shit-encrusted drain snakes, etc. Management would always approve the return if the customer threw a big enough fit. B&S makes garbage these days, but throwing around a lawnmower and posting to instagram is beyond dumb.
