I feel like Tommy May had a pretty good year. He always puts footage out. I feel like I just found out about him in 2016 and he's had like 8 full parts since then.

Agreed, then I saw them list Tom Knox, who I'd say is even less underground. I think its hard to be underground and fully on a big shoe brand. It's mostly a list promoting people who have been associated with Theories. Off their list, I'd vote Tom Knox though.
