I have a love/hate relationship with the offer button. I'd say 3 out of every 10 offers is an insane low ball, which isn't too bad in my opinion. I just send them a counter offer with an amount that I find "reasonable" for the item.

I had no idea that Android users didn't have the ability to send offers to people who liked an item. That's such a crucial feature imo

Damn, you're lucky. I'd say about at least 80% of the offers I get are laughable, to the point where I message the person and say, "you realize I am paying for shipping, right?" If I am in a certain mood I will just block them.

I am hoping their developers figure it out on the android soon. I am not hard up for cash, but it would be nice to downsize more rapidly.
