Sour S1 8.5"
Ace 55
Spitfire 54mm tablets
Mob/bender 1" allen/reds

Feeling the 55s on the 8.5" ATM.

[close]

How does the board feel to flip and do ollies etc. ? I usually run 159s on 8.5 but I love ace turn. Just feel like 55s are a little too wide. I'm curious how they feel for you. Also those sours are like 14.1 wb right?
[close]

It was marked 14.2", but measures 14.25". Haven't skated them on this board but was running them on the chocolate (also an 8.5" with a 12.25" WB).

Really liked them on the chocolate. My ollies, and particularly switch ollies, have been a lot higher which I credit to the stability during setup. Heelflips (my only flip trick) have not been over rotating which is one of the reasons I wanted to try them.

damn I felt this. Went from a hockey 8.5 to a studio 8.25 (way pointier kicks) on thunder 149s and the wide truck/small board really helps with stability. Its like all the flippability of an 8.25 while still having the stability of a wide truck.

Weather's real nice in Maryland. Set up a crisp deck to go enjoy it.

Polar p2
Indy 149 Forged Hollow
54 Spitfire CF 99du
Big Balls
Bronze Hardware
Mob

Converse One Star

Love that shape

I had a great session on it yesterday. Doesn't feel like an 8.5. The pop and set up as a whole feel so much better on indy's. I rode thunder 149 teams on my last Polar 8.5 and it never felt comfortable... Will be indy or ace moving forward with Polar boards. Hoping the rain holds off today.

krooked price point 8.5 x 32.25 wb 14.38
powell rail
2 and a half year old ace 44s (trying to hit the axle)
dial tone jahmal williams conicals 54mm 99a
spitfire cheapshots
pig prime bolts
jessup griptape with my shop sponsors logo cut out ❤️
vans sids

i’m not going to skate these shoes that much, i ordered some shell toes because that’s all i’ve been skating for the last year, but they haven’t arrived yet and i couldn’t wait to skate this board, everything’s brand new except the trucks. i got all that stuff (except the trucks, the rail and the shoes) in a package from my sponsor (@skatehead.store on insta, give them a follow if you can), homie has been giving me t-shirts and shit like that for some time but he is opening his shop soon, got some stuff in already and this was the first package with hard goods in it i’ve ever recieved, i still can’t believe that someone was willing to hook me up with all that stuff, i could pick all of it out and shit, i’ve never been more flattered in my whole life :) sorry for the long post, i’m really stoked and wanted to share with the pals ;D

Christmas complete for the first time in a long time, but I've been just buying skate stuff from different shops online when I'm drunk that it made sense to set one up (actually with Kinetic I called them on the phone and had them describe everything in the store to me).

8.5 GX1000 I bought from NJ skateshop (This is mostly because I knew the shape and wheel base because I checked the exact board out before)
Venture 5.8 that I bought from Kinetic (first time skating ventures since highschool)
58 OG Classics shape F4 Spitfires from Seasons
Reds from Kinetic
some bolts from Seasons.

Seasons and NJ are lucky I just used the online store.

I was really hoping the deck was a call in. Asking them to stand on it and describe how it feels.

Thanks man. This is creature's "stumps" line which are shorter wheelbase decks. I'm not very familiar with NHS brands as I usually ride BBS and Ps Stix boards

left my old deck in Texas, but its still the same.

Losers 8.25
Thunder standard whatever the 8.25s are numbered
Dark room triclops wheels 99a
Bones swiss
grizzly grip

I had rit dyed the wheels and they were a nice pink before, but as I figured, it's only surface level so it's mostly worn off. still Darkroom wheels are pretty damn good. I'm skating the Lakai maite Newports with the rubber toe.

After years and years of skating Indy, I hopped on the venture bandwagon. I wanted to try something with a lower kick point. Bent the axle on both trucks in a couple months, mainly skating parking lots. I noticed it because the bearings on two of my wheels were grinding to a halt. I could see the bend in the axles when I switched bearings....

Indy mids are on their way from my local shop.

These are just wrangler regular fit pants bought it a like 2 sizes bigger than my actual waste size. I have a few pairs of them. Honestly I like they way the way the light denim looks with half cabs, they skate pretty good if they're bigger and they're dirt cheap. I think I got this part for like 12 bucks.

Alltimers team board i had on ice for awhile, 8.5 14.5
- Indy 149s, stock bushings
- New 53 mm f4 conical fulls
Quasi proto, 8.5 14.25
- Krux K5s, stock bushings, 8.5 (they're alright. Can't decide if I like them loose or a little cranked)
-The same model F4s but burned down

I blew it.

No bolts for the wooden risers.

Was going loopholes with my good bearings but I was like fuck it. Winter bearings winter bushings deadly square wheels for now. I got more of these boards when they dropped. I know I'll have many more.
I ride a lot of orchard boards.
