I don't think many made it to the states.
The sticker pack it comes with is so cool.

Now I'm not sure and am questioning my own reality

A few years back I was on a kick of skating Real boards and had a couple with the divot on the top ply towards the nose.  If Hockey is doing the squarish PS 8.25 shape on Generator wood, that my friends is a spicy meatball.

That Hockey board shape looks awesome.

What shape is that Polar art hellman?  I have a Kev1 Polar that I skated briefly before swapping out and it was fun but felt so long. I'm interested in trying some of Polar's shapes that are close to a popsicle but slightly different.

It's the 1991 shape, not popsicle at all.
If the Kev 1 shape was too long, you might struggle to find one that works.

Yeah, couldn't tell if it was 1991 or Dane1.  Is the 1991 shape the same as that Big Boy shape that they've used to describe some of Boserio's boards?  And I didn't mind the length - it was just unexpected and took a little to get used to. I vaguely entertained getting that same board partly because I like the graphic but I thought the tail looked round enough to not mess with me. I don't care about the shape of the nose or rails - as long as the tail isn't too square, I can skate it without getting too annoyed.

That's why I like that new Revenge of the Egg shape from Heroin.

yeah, they (the shaped boards) all seem to have 14.5 wb no? I'm on nearly 14.7 at the moment so it probably wouldn't be that bad but I'm seriously wanting to bring it back down to somewhere around 14.25-ish, if only to revive what little pop I have left...

All I want is a shaped board with a 8.3 width at the widest, a slight 90's football shape, a 14 or 14.25 wheelbase, and not a terrible graphic.  Is that too much to ask for? Can anyone help me out?!

SWEET! yeah, it came in 8.125 and 8.38 (ish), now that you've reminded me of it I've got it on my radar (plus 15+ other boards), will go and check it out as I'll be in Tokyo in 2 weeks time. I'm sorta in the same boat as you except I want similar dimensions with a square-ish nose that I can buy without supporting Dill  or buying PS wood (so no Quasi right) ;) Someone on here a while back said hockey boards feel like OG adrenalins which is a major tease for me. I see doom sayers has an 8.4 shovel nose, who does their wood?

edit: theories is now sold out, did Jerry pull the trigger on it?
edit2: What about that Raney 8.28 shaped board that came out a while back? I'd actually love one of them
edit3: I'd break my no PS six rule if I could find one of these: https://www.streetplantbrand.com/shop/jett-dragon/
pretty much prefect shape/ dimensions right there!

cheers! I actually reached out to Mike a while back and he connected me with his distributor over here but for some reason he hasn't been very active lately. Will check out Socal and see if it's cheap enough to buy the board and have it shipped here; street plant site is way too expensive when it comes to shipping.

- 8.25" (243 Full) PP Flight w/MOB
- Theeve 5.5 (8.18") TiKings w/bones medium bottoms, soft tops (bones washers top and bottom)
- Modus bolts
- 52mm Dogtown 'Ocean Park' wheels (US Made - feels like Autobahn'thane: grippy, slide when you want them to and decently fast - pretty much spit classic shape but slightly thinner
- Bones Swiss Six

Had to switch out from the real I was riding, after 4 sessions if started to feel dead/waterlogged for some reason - went in specifically for the DT wheels and an SMA to try and keep it local but they had nothing but 8"/9"+

The flights are so damn crispy.
