They use most of the shapes other PS Stix-using companies use, like Quasi and WKND and all thems.. And I love me some PS so I'm down.

I've never seen a hockey or FA that wasn't PS. I need someone to prove this shit to me that they're using a different woodshop. Take a picture of the top stamp.

I'm skating a polar p2 8.5 and I hate it. It's about to get left at the park.

Also, crail wood is fine.

I've been riding pretty much only Hockey/FA boards for the better part of a year and every single one has been PS. I think it's an urban myth.

This proves nothing...

We can disagree, sure, but you're the kook judging board quality, rocking back and forth on your carpet.

The AA Hockey board I posted a few pages back was Generator. It was from a few seasons ago, though. My housemate has two Hockey boards (Vandals and Donovan Brain) hanging up and they're PS. Their shapes are completely different and have a larger warning sticker on the nose, rather than a smaller one near the bolts. My AA board also didn't have a serial number or any engraving.

Those yellow Slip On Pros are beautiful. Somehow I seem to have completely missed them being available. 😕 Nice looking set up too. 👍

Hey, how are the 169s with that taper? I'm rocking thunder 149s on mine and I was curious about bumping up the truck size.

I've been wanting a set of 169s for a while and used this deck as an excuse to get some thinking they would poke out a bit but it's actually perfect

Thanks. I googled them a bit today. Found them in some places but not in my size. I'm in Europe, so the number of places I'm looking at are fairly limited. Maybe it's for the best though. I don't need any new shoes for quite a while. 😊

It's been quite a while since I've posted a setup.  Was out with a partial tear in my MCL since spring.  Started riding my bike again around the end of the summer combined with PT to strengthen and heal things.   I've been skating here and there since then but it finally feels 100%.

Congrats on the recovery. It’s tough but feels awesome when you can finally skate again!

55s looking nice! I’m constantly tempted to replace the 159s on my cruiser board with 55s. Maybe I’ll do it if I come across 55s cheap enough somewhere. 🤔

I didn't get much skating on it before the rain struck back.

The new D2's with the hollow kingpin. They are noticeably lighter, about the same hight is not a few mm lower. (compared to my stage 11's) The kingpin sits lower. I am biased because I'm just generally not into Indy. I was riding ACE prior. I buy destructo because I like the weight, and I get that nostalgia boost.

Thanks for the heads up TwisT!

Finally got a good answer to this inquiry cause I know destructos were the top back in the day of 7.5-7.8 decks and cupsole shoes but I didn’t know if they were worth a try now with thunder, Indy and ace being the top contenders

Good thing I got some d1 lows coming sometime cause I was thinking the d2 but I’m very picky about height, even ace hi, thunder 144+ hi, and venture hi at 53/52mm tall throws me off

I’ll stop and take myself back to the trucks thread

After going through truck madness for a year and trying like 4 or 5 different trucks I also settled on those exact 149s. They're so good! I haven't even switched out bushings. Perfect turning and balance
