i'm really feeling the stereo bamboo decks.
the first one i got was so good, i'm skating the same one again.

Yeah, I really liked the bamboo decks as well. Very strong board!
[close]

Cool, I got a Clint 8" bamboo deck waiting in the wings. I'm excited to try it
[close]

its strong for sure and it kept its pop even after it got razortailed.  i usually setup a new board before then, but its hard to switch it up when the old one is still treating you right.
i'm not really into gimmicks or new technology when it comes to board construction(i'm a 7-ply maple kind of guy)but these bamboo boards have been the exception to the rule.  me likes it!

theyre not like the habitat bamboo plys are they?

i had a few habitat bamboo decks.  top sheet is all bamboo rest is natural maple.  didn't skate too different, felt nice and poppy though.

damn i'm liking that krooked graphic
i'm gonna be skating kwalas (australian distributor/company that went bust) for the next 6 months +. bought 10 in bulk, 6 8.25s and 4 8.125s. so stoked. came to 30 aus dollars a board, which is like, under 20 us dollars right now.
they remind me of crailtap boards with colour under the graphic, but the shape feels like dlx.

They're nice an snappy with mellow concave and medium nose/tail (not too steep or short). Perfect for me.

yo, ive been loyal to spitfires for like 10 years+, but my last two sets of spits have deaded within weeks. theyve actually worn from like a 52 to like a 46 in less than a month, and every single power slide results in gnarly flatspots... anyone else experiencing this?? maybe im just having bad luck and getting bad batches, im not sure... but yeah, its gonna feel weird to go get some non-spits next
