just mike hill now, chris carter and a bunch of the old staff were let go when that 2nd holding company ran out of money. after the buyback he called it quits and didn't return.

In all honesty I liked Sammy's interview after he first got on Globe, where he basically admitted he had to make a decision between being 'the cool guy who gets flowed Cons' or actually going with Globe who had offered him decent money, travel expenses, and a shoe. He said a lot of people get caught up in trying to be cool and it's the reason they never become pro skaters. Here he is now, a pro skater, able to live off skateboarding so good on him.

And to be fair, his shoe isn't bad.
