Lol, no.

These fools lost their minds with the low style score they gave Jerry Hsu. He has one of the most recognizable idiosyncratic styles there is in the game. Easy 10/10. You gotta smoking something potent to say otherwise.
Before you say the music sucked, have you considered shutting the fuck up?

Thought the same thing. I agreed with the rest of it though. Loved that they both gave him 11's for that iconic ender.

Based on their scoring system, which part will be first to break 90? I think Wes Kremer - Crusty by Nature could get there but it might be too recent to pull on any nostalgia heart strings.

Do they talk like that in real life ?

Surely it's put on for the show?

Love the podcast but the talking does annoy me every now and then

What do you mean? Did you watch it? They both agreed on low style scores relative to their other reviews. They still don't even say his name right.

This is only true if you're into rap music, but isn't that the case anywhere?

To be honest no one actually from the city calls it the 6ix or a lot of that Drake crap. Maybe from some of the suburbs or Scarbrough (which is technically now part of the city).

As for how they talk? It's def played up, but it's legitimate representation of some Toronto slang (which tends to incorporate a ton Jamaican slang). Gotta remember like 50% of Toronto's population was born outside of Canada, so it leads to some weird fusion slang.

The bit about Mitch getting an Osiris stick and poke killed me.

Also I don't think smith stalls are a bad trick if you don't do the weird heel sandbag thing that kids do. To me they're just like a pivot, but with just a quick dip before you go in. Doing them for "more points" is really funny though lol.

The 'whole bones wheels team' callout had me dying. The fact he was talking about TJ's Wallenburg hit right before makes it even funnier

The combination of heavy Canadian accent and fried skater vocabulary was pretty funny. Big fan though

The way this guy speaks...he's lucky to have skateboarding. Love this dudes technique though, and the interview was still a fun listen. He's pretty animated during the interview. He's probably a bit buzzed.

there needs to be a bunt canadian round-table bonus ep with will marshall, matt canadian, and mitch barrette. Those stories are so funny, throwing big parties to bank of the recyclables had me rolling.

Both of Will Marshall's brain cells were working overtime in this interview.

As someone said, thank god dude kills it on a skateboard... I could see him as a toll booth operator.
