Seriously though I get he seems like a chill/goofy guy to chop it up with for a sec but he doesn't seem to have a backbone or any personal taste in anything besides clearing out 7/11s candy isle and being a lazy tm, he’s like “Dashawn was different” so I went and got the other black jock skater after he left because he’s “different” like there’s so many other black skaters why only have one at a time and at that one that doesn’t really work with the brand image at all so he sticks out like an outsider, it would be one thing if he was really expanding the team beyond “white rail skater in emericas” but it’s like 7 identical guys, 2 girls that are also identical to the guys and one chad disney character jock Olympian who drives around in a cyber truck and skates in a fucking toga shirt.

He definitely comes off very jovial. His vert tricks were pretty awesome and stylish.

That said, I have a close friend who was flow for a company he tm’d. Said he was two-faced: story he told me is shortly after promising him a spot in the van on the next trip, Sinclair literally ghosted him, stopped sending product, and blocked him on social media.

Said friend is super nice and ended up as an am on a separate company, had some solid video parts, thrasher parts etc. before his skate career basically fizzled out, which is to say he definitely had a place in skateboarding, but the ghosting always rubbed people in the know the wrong way.

I know he’s a pug owner, and I love pugs, so that’s cool, too.

You will rarely meet someone in his position in the industry who isnt 2 faced af. They all talk as much shit on whoever isnt in the room as anyone else. Sad really. Grow a set if you dont like someone instead of pretending to be cool with them.
