Thing is, if I say "he did a frontside nose grind down the rail" you might not picture exactly what happened, most likely you'll picture a straight on nose grind, which for my money is much harder on a rail.
If I say "he did a frontside overcrook down the rail", you'll picture exactly the right trick even if you don't like the name.
That's why I'll say overcrook til the day I die. You may not like it, but you'll know exactly what I'm talking about and that's more important to me than semantics.
Funny thing is, he said "there's no such thing as overcrooks" then about 1 minute later casually called it an overcrook when he was recounting the story, haha
