As was the story of Muska picking him up from his extended Euro vacation and then taking him out to the most expensive sushi restaurant in LA and getting wasted before taking him to his surprise turning pro party.

Sucks dude tore his ACL during the beginning of filming This is Skateboarding. Maybe his career would have been different if he had a full part.

Drew and Greco are wack. Why didn't he say the reason why Drew let him go and how he did it? He just said it was a weird conversation and left it at that... Claims he hasn't spoke to Drew in 13 years and the last time they saw each other Drew recognized him in a crowd and then ran off and ducked him, lol. Claims Greco never liked him and they never fucked with each other. Never knew that. Said Reynolds and Greco are "built different".

Baker isn’t just Andrew…..just like Girl isn’t always just Mike and Rick and Primitive definitely isn’t just Paul….

Fair point. If Coach woulda put Rico in the 4th quarter, they would've been state champions though. No doubt in my mind.

All I remember about Braydon's output was the amount of ads of him sticking his tongue out with his cute little pinterest bat tattoo. He was way ahead of the curve in that respect. Not my cup of tea on the board though.

I thought the interview was great - awesome stories from his pocket of skateboarding.

Loved the tidbits about Greco, and not surprised to hear Andrew never spoke to him. I've heard stories from other people working for him/baker-related people in some capacities, and every one of them left a bad taste/poor image of them.That said, it's probably not fair to expect much professionalism/maturity from people who spent their adult lives skateboarding (and the foundational years of their lives on drugs). I'm sure Brayden himself was partially to blame, as well.

And while Brayden definitely has an aura of LA self-indulgence, it feels much more genuine than Blondey's London pomp. (Both interviews were great fwiw)

To repeat what i posted in the skateboarding stories youd like to hear thread, Braydon bringing up robin fleming and how important she was for baker further deepens my curiosity of her and the role she played during her time there and vans 917 etc.
Now i want to know why she got fired from baker.

Btw planning braydons going pro party by taking him to a pricey sushi joint with muska, getting hammered and surprising him with all his people at brooklyn projects with hot girls wearing your name on their panties and reynolds designing (and butchering) his pro model was an amazing feat of Robin to pull as her last assignment at baker. Great story.

Makes me like her even more and like someone else said, greco never accepting braydon is amazing. Funny how he endorses bullying yet cherrypicks it when coming from heath and leo (in his defence they do seem like they can be dicks though)
