I like the fast with just drinking water with honey lemon and cayenne pepper. After 2 days your skin kinda oozes out toxins you can smell it.

This presidential race is amazing: we literally have two very old men who are both arguably senile being fought over by the masses. These two men don’t disagree on much, but due to the advent of the internet, the speed to which misinformation can now be spread, and the fact that our country has minimized politics into a team sport with tail gate parties to boot we as a nation are now supposed to go against one another for loyalty to one of the old shitty dudes.
