Probably posted this already but Modern Eon is one of the most criminally underrated bands I've ever listened to. If you like The Chameleons (specifically Script of The Bridge) you'll probably like this too.

respek. i didnt know about that or policenauts. played a lot of virtuacop 2 at the arcade when i was a kid though. could get through pretty much the whole game on 1 credit and i wasnt even 12 so people would gather and watch. sry for the cringe brag. mgs ost is top notch and timeless. even the menu theme i dont mind having on repeat. account name from this upload is kenneth baker lmao

New umo is always welcome in my rotation. Saw them in like 2018 and Ruben waded into the crowd during "We're Not in Love We're Just High" and ended up right in front of me and my gf. Just a great fucking moment. I also almost got into a fight with some big jock dudes who were trying to muscle their way to the front and shoved my gf super hard, but thankfully it didn't escalate

Probably a longshot, but is anyone here planning on going to the William Basinski - The Disintegration Loops anniversary show in Philly next month?

I keep going back & forth on whether to go or not. Haven't been to a show since covid started, don't know if I'd enjoy it or just feel weird being around a bunch of people indoors right now.

I am so envious, what a treat! Love the 12GCG album. Amazing country music from the PA/Jersey line, go figure. & the Shit Creek Boys’ musicianship is stellar on the album and the live videos I’ve seen. Pros through and through.

I’ve seen Ween twice. First at Lockn festival 2016 (went exclusively for them), and again in Charlottesville on 4/20 the following year. Blew me away, I teared up from joy at parts.
I met Mickey after a Meat Puppets concert in New Hope PA years ago and he was just the coolest dude.

Guess it’s kind of a confession, but i actually really like that Ween song… that vert section from chicagof with that song.
