Every step of that is just some motherfucker trying to hurry up and do his job that his boss told him before he gets in trouble. I get that someone should have caught this but listing out the steps of making a board doesn't make it more dramatic or intentional. SOMEONE should have caught it, likely Ed or whoever was in direct contact with the artist in making this happen.
