I was watching this earlier and it really bummed me out. If only he was capable of appreciating what progress he began making at that time and continued that path ever since this episode first released back in 2017.
What you always image as your very own rock bottom can perhaps always become surprisingly much worse if you allow it to become so while also neglecting some more positive aspects of yourself.
Maybe it's a bit fucked up to say this since he might actually be struggling with mental illness on top of his celebrity entitlement, but his downfall is somewhat of a cautionary tale.
If any of you Pals are struggling and feel stuck, try to take a moment to figure out some steps towards improvement even if they are small steps and ask for help if needed rather than wallowing in a downward spiral, there's no shame in asking for help.
