I just do a one daily from Walmart called "Alive!" It has a bunch of good stuff in it. That and I only drink water, except on special occasions. Like iusedtoskatemore said it goes a long way, staying hydrated and good sleep. Also, this is kind of off topic, but I'm a big proponent for excercise...and not on no "jock" shit. I don't think skaters really understand the importance of excercise and stretching outside of actually skating, so I do that as well...and have since leaving the military, it's super important as you get older. Just jogging and calisthenics, no gym necessary.
