Judging is super unfair to earlier heats, the same runs that scored lower would’ve qualified later on just through natural escalation- suppose its human nature to score later runs higher. But the formats busted and judging is inconsistent to say the least

Agreed. Not to downplay anyone's skating, but the scores got higher as the heats went on...

So, a lot of vert dudes just don’t care for park. I know that Elliot Sloan specifically doesn’t like park. I think lizzies mention in an interview she’s more comfortable on a vert ramp.

I wish style and power had more to do with the scoring.
Seems like they judged more the difficulty of the tricks / runs. I’m not anti-Olympics but this was boring. + the announcers on French TV… why skateboarding on TV is always so cringe ?
