Given only these parts, what single board would you build? Asking because I'm contemplating deconstructing my cruiser and using the 8.75" Indy's on an 8.5" street board. Not sure how that would work out though.

Thanks, this is exactly what I was wondering. I was doing some other searches on here and it seems running trucks .25" wider is almost as common as running them equal width.

EDIT: is it possible to run the downlow kingpins in the Indy's? Do the bones hard bushings work well with them?

They're not. The baseplate is just one solid chunk of metal. Heavy as fuck

If it was me, I'd skate the Alien deck with the ventures and f4 conical fulls. Risers if you need them for wheelbite

Seems like everyone is on the same page here, that's the best setup you can make.

i also agree, even though it's def not a set up i would skate, 32 inch tip to tip is the longest i'll go for. 14.25 wb on a deck that's 32.5 in length must mean that the nose and tail are insanely long. ventures extend the wheelbase so i feel like that would make the long kicktails more manageable. i think the ventures are the safest bet, especially if you like longer wheelbases.

Yes that is what I was thinking, Indy trucks on the longer wheelbase BBS wood Element board works, the Ventures on the Alien deck with the shorter wheelbase.


The 7/8 bolts on the Ventures as they have the lower forged plates too.

The normal 1" on the Standard Indy trucks, no risers on either needed with normal size wheels.

Spitfires on the Ventures as a more tech street setup, maybe OJ (as cruiser) or Slimeballs (as normal rider) on the Indy trucks as a park / transition / all rounder.
