No.  Lizzie Armanto had a cover in May 2017.  I am sure there are others as well, this is just the one I know without Googling.

Absolutely true - a lot of Young Girls will recognize at the newsstand/ skateshop - no matter the color of the skin.

Absolutely true - a lot of Young Girls will recognize at the newsstand/ skateshop - no matter the color of the skin.

There's been less than 10 Black women that have ever been on a team proper, at least am.  Samarria is the only one thus far that's had a pro board.  There aren't many women in skating period and the ones with the most publicity have been either white, Latina, or Asian.  You bet your ass it's important to Black girls to see this.
