Josh Dowd is skateboarding’s true mystery. Always tripped me out that he came out of no where, absolutely killed it in this vid and then vanished. I wonder what he is up to nowadays

One of my most watch videos of the [SV] efnet era. Josh Dowd, Ross Norman, Caddo, 80's Joe with the Louden Wainwright III song; classic. One of the first videos I got was 303 Boardshop's 'Who Cares?', which is odd because I got it at a surf shop on the East Coast. But that video had a young James Frankhouse part and I remember thinking it was so sick to see him have a part in this, it felt so random since Colorado and Florida aren't exactly next to each other.

Heckler (r.i.p.) did like a watch along on twitch with at least one of the guys who made it (Joe Perrin probably, maybe someone else too), early on in lockdown

Wish I could remember more from it, only thing I really do is a couple insinuations that there was some cocaine use going on behind the scenes, which I guess isn’t really surprising for a video made by a guy from Miami

Feel like they should re-edit and tone down some of the Native American stuff. Last time I watched it felt pretty cringe. Classic video nonetheless.
I thought it wasnt just him solo, shouldve stuck with my og thought.
R.I.P Rusty. One of us.

This video is perfect mix of vibes and skating quality.  Love it, one of the greatest.  Kinda like an independent version of bag of suck in that they just nailed it all around.

I had the experience of meeting him at Woodward camp, we both worked there for a summer and I got to know him a little. Incredibly talented, down to earth, and overall cool person on many levels. His skating we on a whole other level, and this vid is the only one I've seen where he has a full part. Still doesn't quite capture his skating fully but definitely holds up. Hope he's doing well wherever he is now.

Love his part! Anyone know what he's up to these days? and if he ever produced another part?

Loving all the Josh Dowd love.

Here he is skating Alaska when he was on DNA, he ends it with the sw 50 on the rail.

Jared Brantingham ripped, too.
