great tv show...definetely my favorite right now and quite possibly ever. hbo makes great television. favorite seasons, characters, scenes anyone?

my favorite characters are bodie, marlo, deangelo barxsdale, michael lee, mcnulty, freamon, bubbles, and omar.

i'd say my favorite season was season 4 and my all time favorite scene was omar's stickup of old face andre's drug front store. when he takes the package then buys newports is fucking genious. he tosses a 5 for the newports and when andre doesn't give him his change he reprimands him hahaha.

i can't really post in here because i haven't seen season 4 but i love this show. season two was really good; eastern european organized crime is an underappreciated thing as far as depictions on screens are concerned.

yea season 2 was a close second for me. tonyhoxcox...i have to strongly fucking disagree with what you said about stringer bell haha. i fucking hated that dude. he killed d behind avon's back and was the reason wallace was killed also. as if killin d wasn't enough he had to scam in on d's girl he left behind. SCUM. he was a real smart dude tho. his boy clay davis cracks me up so fucking much. plays the perfect scheming politician haha..

this is supposed to be the final season from what i hear.  the thing about the 4th season that irked the shit out of me was wee bey having a son and a wife.  there was never anything mentioned about that in the first 3 seasons.

where'd u hear this is going to be the final season??  I figured they must have had their highest ratings so far this season so i would think they'd be on for at least 2 more seasons

string is fighting zombies in 28 weeks later, good for him. d'angelo's mom got peaced on that dumbass drive show on fox tonight.

i still have to watch the 4th season, but it's definitely one of the better tv offerings.
