Unfortunately Ryan won’t ever be SOTY because he has values and the balls to stick to them like calling out 1010 and putting his time into skating new spots in other countries and doing work for his community and generally being persistently expressive about social and economic justice not just reposting generic stuff whenever something is in the news.

I don’t even need much Jerry footage just like 2 min similar to the guest tricks/IG footage he’s had here and there. I like that he’s taking the time to find good and interesting riders and just keeping his brand his. He has enough of a reputation and connections to probably snatch up many riders over the past few years but didn’t feel the need which is cool.
