I'm going with Finland, seems like there's a new video coming out almost every week and loads of them have been absolute bangers. Eetu Toropainen and Jaakko Ojanen are obviously some standout names but Aleksi Suovaara is another guy who's proper enjoyable to watch.

There are some great things about Japan, the main being they’ve managed to produce such amazing skaters despite the general society still being hostile to skating, the scenes still so small, and so few venues to practice that level of skating.

so I don't follow "the scene" very closely (no idea who Victor Campillo is for instance), but what makes you say Marseille has been blowing up I'm curious? any vid/crew to recommend?

I think the crew is called BMG but Victor, Maceo Moreau and their crew are always putting out incredible shit, also seems like their constantly getting insane new spots like this plaza

when you mentioned Marseille I was bit sceptical, as an older dude I still associate the city with the Prado bowl and transition skating (and quite a disappointing output, considering how lucky Marseille was to get such a sick modern spot way before any other euro city....), but now I changed my mind
