Basically everyone from 1994 to 2005
Brent Atchley skated a 7.5 with Indy Lows I think, back in the late 2000s. He mentioned it in a TWS buyers guide (I think it was the 2008 issue).Apparently during the Sight Unseen days Cardiel was on a 7.5 for all of it. He’s never actually said it (or if he has I’ve never heard or read it) but I’ve heard this from a lot of other people.
