The whole bLind section in Virtual Reality.  Especially Guy’s section. People started faking the funk/styling out after the ss pop shove nosegrind flip out. Plus his switch 360 flip over 3rd street gap.

Ronnie Bertino’s line at Lockwood is locked in my cerebellum

@Dark Knight that blind montage is a personal favorite. Guy's skating was so advanced and Lotti's line was perfect.

One of mine would have to be Jake Johnson's fakie heelflip down the Brooklyn Banks steps in Mindfield

Not a trick but I always liked how in Rob Welsh's part in Free Your Mind, this one line he pushes switch then fakie mongo. Switch crook, switch push, switch heel, big fakie mongo push, fakie flip switch bs 5-0 line then ends with another big fakie mongo push.

Yeah, I remember that specific fakie flip you pointed out too. When this came out I always tried to do them like that. The one from your compilation is even better though IMO and god damn I never saw that full cab switch nose manual before, that's bonkers.

Shimizu’s switch backside 180 nosegrind frontside 180 nosegrind at 2:52 is such a stylish little one-two punch.  One of my favorites.

Reynolds varial heel down Hollywood 16 is one I think about often. It’s probably the most perfect v heel caught on film.

Lavar does a switch crooks to 50/50 in FTC3. Never done by anyone since. And no one else could probably get away with it either

Him zooming past Atiba and missing the high five is more iconic, it's a universal human experience to have our stoke go unappreciated.

Three:

Tom Penny's pop shuvit at Tuggeranong, don't know the video and I think it might have been shot in 16mm so doesn't really give the scale of that trick the justice it deserves. He pretty much shut down that trick with that one.

Phil Shao's Smith grind on the wall thing at Tampa, particularly the exit - you know the one

Rick McCranks FS flip off the little bump during that comp, I argue one of the best ever done. That catch....

Edit: Any slasher ever captured of Scott Oster, FS or BS, it doesn't matter. Both incredible. First time I ever saw footage of his slashers changed my appreciation for the trick and they're burnt into my mind permanently.

That one slow mo shot in the school yard. Close up smile and the Indy off the over the skater.

That's one of the most formative moments in my life.

That tape and the sick boyz are skating to me. No one has been able to touch those tapes.

Whl is close tho
