Tracking device for filming? (No drone)

Is there something that could make skate videos a bit more interesting for people who don’t have Filmers?

Something that just stands on the ground and turns to keep focus on the skater?


I know there are such cameras, but do they work for this, when just skating one obstacle?

Watched Soloshot 9club video and some of other cameras, but my problem is the skaters are not in the middle of the screen often, but on the sides.
Anybody knows if this got better with newer versions?

And I only upload those videos to Instagram, so that format my even be harder to capture
