Only nitpick is that she always pops like the board is too wide/long for her (someone get her on the DLX true fits!). Other than that she and this part are good.

I think its because most Toy Machine boards are dogshit flat and she has to use all her might to make it work.

Yeah, she has a great push.

I really don't like the push tho, but apart from that she skates good.

Cata rips.

The two pushes at the end also stood out to me. I think it's one of those "real recognize real" moments where you can tell someone has spent some serious time in the streets skating from spot to spot.

There's an interview to go along with the part, which is pretty heavy.

Super sick and made that song work 1000 times better than I ever could, @TheLurper i think you can agree with that statement I made, in comparison, it stands to reason that she made that song work, I just fell down some stairs, violently, anti-popped/flipped my board at small benches to whatever slide or grind I could get into while the same song played in the background. That part was sick, that girl is damn good!

you've got some competition for sure  8)

I like her board slide to regular pop over. It is low-key but such a sick trick for a run.

I stupidly did not expect to like this based on a vague memory of the Macba contest.
This fucking ruled. She rips. I'm a fan.

Thanks for posting the link to the interview.

My mother got skin cancer in her fifties and also developed an anxiety disorder, while battling cancer. Thank god she beat the cancer and got good treatment for her anxiety. She joined a self- help group and went to a mental health rehab for a month.
Recently my wife’s mother went through the same thing. She was diagnosed with skin cancer as well and it had already spread to he lungs. Luckily, an experimental form of immunotherapy worked on her cancer. The therapy had a lot of side effects, though. She got crazy inflammation and depression. She also had to go to a mental health clinic and she needed medicine and psychotherapy to get it under control.

My father wasn‘t so lucky. He had one week from diagnosis death from pancreatic cancer.

I feel with Cata having to go through all this at such a young age! Fuck Cancer!

That was a very good watch, editing, song and skating were all right up my alley. The interview made me appreciate her even more.

The line with the gap back 180, cab flip, and gap kickflip was my personal favorite.

I really don't like the push tho, but apart from that she skates good.

it’s so extended yet she doesn’t seem to go any faster, there was a line where she pushed like 4 times and was still rolling slow as shit

it’s cool to see her progressing though and her style is pretty good for the most part, apart from that chris senn-esque half cab flip lol

Maybe it’s because she’s a woman but I’ve never heard a skater address and break down her mental health that well…..I think they’re maybe a bunch who quietly handle it, but usually it’s dudes talking about demons and micro dosing……

Mean front shuv back 50-50 too….

Her push is aesthetically pleasing but it kinda doesn't make sense. She stomps it downwards instead of diagonally backwards to propel herself. Looks almost as if she's slowing herself down on purpose.

Anyway, the part was dope. The edit even made the Stevie Nicks song work and it's one of those joints that I love but thought that they wouldn't work or that it would overpower the clips.
