3 really good video parts is more than a lot of pros but he seemed like someone who would be a staple in skateboarding. Really lazy cool style.

Isn't he also holding onto a few pieces of real estate and flipping them after his pro career? Article is from 5 years ago, probably still has some cash from those sales and works the job as something to keep busy.

Financially, were you ready for life after skating?

I was saving a shit load of that money. I’m still recycling money from skateboarding. I’ve bought like three houses so far, and I’ve been flipping them and buying new ones. All the money from that is from skating. I was able to get a step ahead of having an average job. I put some money away because you don’t need that much money to live.
