Right?   Reads just like a generic motivational lyric.

This reminds me of when I used to post song lyrics to Facebook and wake up to 10 text messages from my mom concerned for my safety

It's not that serious

In his story, the shoe he's holding is hidden. Wonder if it's a pro model?

Maybe taking some inspiration from it?

Dude did move on. To greener pastures with new balance.

Also that quote  just seems like corny faux motivational hustle culture shit. He could be saying it about anything. Or have no relevance to anything aside he thought it sounded cool.

My buddy used to DESTROY me in super smash almost every day using Shiek and Roy. I tried to counterbalance by using Marth but my efforts were futile. Failure-chic.

I get his fits might not be everyone's cup of tea, but they aren't nearly as bad as some of y'all make them out to be. He can definitely pull them off. I feel like this is what Mikey Alfred thinks he looks like. Anyway, stoked he's on NB, they're killing it.

Justin Henry looks like he’d get shoved in lockers and trash cans in high school - probably got his head shoved in toilet bowl a few times too. And not the sympathetic nerd type - he probably was a huge brown nose / snitch

Yeah, I don't know where all the hate for this guy comes from. He wears like a sweater over a standard skater fit and everyone here acts as though he is dressed like Carlton.

It's the highwater chinos and the sweaters I think but that's not why I don't like his skating it's that he crouches really long before popping and skates kinda stiff. I dont dislike his skating either and loved his AM parts but he has gotten less creative over time.

As a too-long croucher, I sympathize.

I feel you. It's the crouch and wide leg stance that I'm not a huge fan of, but he does whip out some tasteful fits here and there.

He’s just not that exciting, creative, or good particularly when comparing his teammates, and the fits certainly don’t help.

Wallie noseblunt like six years ago as his breakout trick as an AM and then….what, a big nose grind on a hubba? What’s he bringing to the table? Good for him, seems like a rad person, but the skating leaves a lot to be desired IMO.
