Anybody try a pair of Hours is Yours?

I had a pair of the V2 Codes and skated the fuck out of em. I really liked the style and fit, but they skated... fine. Nice grip and flick, but didn't last that long and broke down fairly quickly. Laces were those round dress-y style that just exploded after a few sessions.

I have a another pair that must be V1's because there's no tongue straps. Noticeably worse. I still wear them when they fit the fit, but I haven't put that much mileage on that pair.

Overall - meh. But I was a sucker for the G-Code so i felt i owed it to Hermdog to give em a shot

I bought a pair of the loafers to chill in. The sole was really bad and the fit was off. I read their fit guide, and it was more confusing than helpful, I tried to compensate accordingly and the shoes were just too big. Let me be clear that I double and triple checked the specific model shoe I had and their recommended sizing for that model. I emailed the customer service and let them know that the shoes were probably true to size, and was just offering feedback, not looking to return them or refund or anything crazy. Never heard back from them. I do not wear the shoes anymore, the sole just started to disintegrate, and the back of the shoes wore really quickly too. Not the greatest quality at all.

Not sure about the skate models, but I would be weary, and only buy the sale models. I would have been so bummed if I paid the full price for the loafers (like $120 or something). I was only a little bummed paying half price for them.

I recently got some loafers. The sizing was not an issue for me. Been wearing them for a week and the quality is good so far. Not $120 good, but i paid $50 i think. Compared to other $50 loafers ive had, they are pretty good.

How long were you wearing them before the sole disintegrated?

I have not skated a pair of hours so no comment on that aspect.

Honestly the sole started ripping maybe after like 1-2 months of walking around in them? The large sizing may have played a factor in all fairness, with my foot sliding up and down more in the shoe than it would have for an appropriately fitted shoe.

No. I like cupsoles actually. That’s why I posted this dudes review. Not my cup of tea, but that does not make the brand instantly suck. I was just pointing out that this video shows the opposite of what all of you are saying about the quality and how long they will last. Plus remember that’s are not even being sold as skate shoes, but shoes you can skate if you want and they hold up better then most of them…
