  • Dill is looking like an uncooked hot dog or an extra from Robert Altman's Popeye (1980).

Lately I keep getting him mixed up with the villain from the movie "Sin City"

I can see that, but Dill gives me more Quark from Star Trek Deep Space 9 vibes

My friend invited me and I thought, why not? It should be a people watching spectacle and hopefully at least one Hockey rider will be skating. Impressions...

  • About an hour was wasted on telling the crowd to step back, get off obstacles, etc. Event management was half-assed at best.
  • The DJ was terrible, along with his entourage on the stage, who all looked like strip club patrons/employees.
  • One idiot was filming the best trick contest with his laptop.
  • Dill is looking like an uncooked hot dog or an extra from Robert Altman's Popeye (1980).
  • GT is above it all, man. Too good.
  • Big John and Diego Todd were impressive and fun to watch. Diego Todd lookin' like he came straight from Full Metal Jacket boot camp.
  • Berle is prison jacked and such a varsity quarterback-looking Chad. He's giving wrestling villain/heel in his usual wife beater getup and now I'm a full converted fan. What can I say? I'm a masochist and I want to kiss his bloody fists while he beats me to a pulp. His impossible back smith was the best thing I witnessed pre-long jump.
  • Not a Karen fan exactly, but man does he look like he was born doing this shit. Amazing style. He came up short during the long jump though.
  • Unfortunately, Jake didn't land anything, which surprised me. He was trying a fs shuv (no grab) on the long jump.
  • Louie was in shorts and still carrying FA on his back. He made a long jump pop shuv tail grab, along with an earlier odd looking one-foot the short way.
  • FA really is corny, but I appreciate them putting on such a shit show event.
  • Too many unknown goofballs dropping in more often than pros, not landing anything, and clogging up the flow. The audacity of some of these kooks and their time wasting was impressive; trying to ollie the "cop" car going slow as fuck and eating shit... then repeating the process multiple times.
  • The revving motorcycle spectacle was super lame. That was my cue to leave.
  • KB was in attendance and saw his shadow, so I guess he's not skating for another year.

Apparently Antwan was there according to the Chick Fil A drive thru employee who noticed I was wearing a Kingswell hat

I like where you guys are coming from with those comparisons. If we can AI-merge the Yellow Bastard with Quark and Wimpy here, then we'd for sure have a Dill clone:
