I get nuts, electrolits, beer(usually a sol chelada or natural light. Something easy on the stomach), and obvs water but I try to avoid paying for that.

Depending what spot we’re at, the cooler family owned gas stations around here also sell mangonadas and other tasty Mexican candy stuff. Can’t tell you how juiced a skate sesh can get when you’re chewing on chamoy covered skittles

Now: Usually still have water left in the 1gallon Yeti, so bananas, peanut butter crackers. Tend to pack my own Gatorade packets or amino acids so maybe a small bottle of water if I forgot to bring sport shaker to mix it in.
